Our arrival at the Maison Dupuy was greeted by valet (Marvin is awesome!) and we were taken into the small yet gorgeous lobby. Our room was smaller than we thought and obviously old, but it was still a great stay on an extremely comfortable bed. Watch your balcony preference, because the balconys on the street are shared with 3 other... more

My family and I stayed here over spring break. This hotel was lovely. The staff was nice and helpful. The furnishing are nice and tasteful. The beds were really comfortable. The location is great. You are in the French Quarter without being in the middle of the party. We would all stay here again. more

We recently stayed at the Maison for a long weekend, and had no real big problems to report. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a guard posted outside if you park your car there, and the pool is welcoming on a sweltering day. However, because of the budget friendly accomodations, our room window faced a brick wall. Eh...whaddya goonna... more

Fabulous hotel. We stayed here once before -- right before Katrina in August 2005. It was wonderful then, it is even better now. Terrific service. Great buffet breakfast in Dominique's -- a four star restaurant. The rooms are pretty, the pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is close to Bourbon street, but far enough away to get a... more

My family and I spent a week at the Maison Dupuy at the end of June 2008, and I felt we received an exceptional value. With New Orleans still suffering from the havoc Katrina wreaked on the tourism industry, the hotels are all but giving rooms away. I almost felt guilty for staying at such a nice hotel at the... more

This was our 4th stay at the Maison DuPuy and once again, we had a great time. We opted for a larger room with a balcony over Toulouse St. instead of the courtyard. Did we hear a little extra noise on Saturday night from revelers? Of course, but that was just one night. The rest of our 4 night stay... more

My new wife and I were looking forward to our honeymoon in Belize but Tropical Storm Arthur had other plans. We found ourselves without a place to stay and chose New Orleans as our next stop. I am so glad we did. The folks at the Maison Dupuy saved our honeymoon. We arrived after a long flight very late in... more

A beatiful hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. The MD is located just 2 blocks away from Bourbon Street, and that's just far away enough to enjoy a peacful nights sleep after a fun night on Bourbon. Valet service was very quick. Check-In took less than 5 minutes. Our room was very clean, and had a king size bed... more

My wife and I spent 3 days at the Maison Depuy in New Orleans, LA. We stayed in one of the "cheaper" rooms, but it was still very nice. I am not sure I have ever been in a room as quiet as this one. Considering the lively surroundings I am amazed we heard practically nothing when the door was... more
