I have stayed there for a business summit, which was held in its "World Trade Center". I can comment only the frontdesk of the hotel, catering of the trade center and the rooms, and I can say that everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food in the trade center was delicious, and the rooms are very... more

Pros: I love this hotel. It is new, fresh, clean and amazingly luxurious beds. I had a side view, but could see the bay. Great service. Cons: Not downtown, but the WorldTrade Center Train station is just across the street and a 10 minute ride to major sites. Parking is high, but I recommend using the T and getting a... more

Partner wanted to stay near Conference Center. Seaport has competition at various price points,Boston Harbour,Marriott Long Warf,InterContinental,Renaisance,Westin Waterfront. Plus the airport hotels are close enough , and you can use the water taxi. Seaport does nothing bad nor very good. Our 8 nights were rather dull.Endless event meetings going on. Its a no tipping hotel,but,18% service,5% tax,and 3$ room service charge... more

This hotel was great... we booked a room through Priceline for only $180 a night. So for that price we received a great room with a view, king size bed and a decent size bathroom. The one downside with this hotel is the location, if you're looking to do touristy things I would stay in the heart of the city... more

A fantastic hotel. Rooms spacious and well-appointed. I'm beginning to think that a great hotel can be determined by whether or not a full (non-collapsible) umbrella is in each room. The Seaport of course provides this and much more. The free WiFi is appreciated. Only downside is location. I was there for a conference, so it was well situated for... more

My husband had a conference to attend and I tagged along. We were upgraded to the 16th floor with a harbor view. Everything was perfect. The hotel is awesome! I would stay here again. The health club was top rate. It wasn't in the thick of the downtown area, but the transportation was nice and easy. more

We have just returned from a week in Boston where we stayed at the Seaport Hotel. Transfer from the airport could not have been easier. A bus just outside the main exit passes the hotel and we were actually in our room about 20 minutes after boarding. There is a 'T' station just by the hotel too on the Silver... more

I stayed at the Hotel the weekend of July 4th for a wedding. Seaport Hotel has beat all my expectations and I have stayed in hotels/resorts in Florida, NY/NJ, NC and California. Seaport definitely beat them all. The customer service was exceptional. The people that worked their greeted us warmly. They were available to us to help even when we... more

This hotel was an excellent addition to my business travel. I would not hesitate to reccomend the Seaport to anyone. The staff was courteous, consciencious, and professional. The room was very nice, and I loved the free WiFi available in the room, not just the lobby. Their business services for printing really helped through my stay! more

It's a little pricey. Although, very comfortable and well run. My daily rate was $299 (it really feels like a $199 - $225 hotel). And, I had to extend one night and they upped the rate to $399. The one glitch was that there was a Bose clock radio in the room and it didn't work. The same thing happened... more
