When you walk into the Lobby you assume you are in a average/above average hotel. The Lobby is very nice. However, once I walked into my room it all changed. The bathroom was very dirty. I just spent 4 days in Dallas and stayed at the West End Hotel in Downtown. Ideal location (walking distance to many sights AND American Airlines Center, which was important to me).
