A chain hotel (Hyatt) trying to pass itself off as boutique, and just about succeeding. Slightly serious corporate staff and a lobby that has Expensive Design Statement written all over it, with massive red columns, Middle eastern seating area, and a double-sided jelly fish tank. Our family stayed for christmas and new years eve 2007, we came back to our room in the morning after breakfast and a lot things were stolen for a value of about $20000.......we contacted their insurance and our complaint was denied because they could not prove that it was the hotel's fault.
