On ariving we thought WOW - The actual complex is amazing, stunning. Looks every inch a 5 star but unfortunately thats all that is 5 star here. First impressions (visual)good. Rooms clean,but claustiphobic and electricity on/off continually!Food, big queues, similar food with different names each night,food not great. We flew out on the 19th May for 2 weeks. The hotel itself for decor and cleanliness is second to none. We had a family room, which was spacious and of a high standard. The only downside was it was on the top floor and with a toddler in a buggy and a 4 year old plus all the beach... more
