I'm not sure this hotel needs anymore reviews... but still. We stayed here for 2 nights in a balcony room on the 22nd floor. Perfect. The staff went out of their way to do anything - including mending my broken shoes!!. The room , view and pool were beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect! more

The concierge and service was always obliging and helpful. The room was fantastic, wonderfull view on the city, large bathroom, lots of amenities...We've also tried all the Peninsula restaurant and it was each time a perfect experience. I won't repeat what has been said in other reviews, other than to reiterate that this is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was more than big enough for the three of us & had a great view over the river. Service was exceptional, from collection at the airport (with cold towels and water) through in... more

I booked the Peninsula for one night of my recent trip to Bangkok due to the Trip Advisor reviews. Maybe because it's been in the #1 slot for a while I was expecting something phenomenal but honestly it fell short. You could tell that the hotel staff had been trained to give a high level of service but it just... more

We stayed there for two nights and three days. It was a truly relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, the views from our room were amazingly gorgeous. As usual every hotel / resort I go, I will always try their spa so I booked for 75 mins mum-to-be massage. The booking procedure was quick, I was escorted to the relaxing... more

My husband and I stayed at the Peninsula Bangkok for three days while on our honeymoon. The hotel, staff, food, and our room were fantastic. It was easy to book activities at the hotel such as spa, salon, high tea, and dinner reservations. We took a river cocktail crusie on one of the hotel boats and it was great fun.... more

I certainly agree that this is the right place to stay in Bangkok and on the right side of the rier - as the view is spectacular. We stayed in a Balcony room on the 22nd floor and felt blessed to have chosen this hotel against the others of similar standing on the other side. The room and bathroom were... more

Have used trip advisor to book this hotel for three nights in August based on the good reviews it was given, I can only say that of all the five star hotels i have stayed in throughout the world this is my personal best ,based on value for money, service and facilities. Our room was on the level eighteen with... more

This hotel is fantastic!! We stayed in a balcony room on the eight floor, and loved it. Definately the best hotel we've ever stayed in (and it's not the first five or six-star, so that is not why). I could go back to Bangkok only to stay at this hotel. The service is what I would call intelligent. Nothing to... more

The drive to this hotel and the view up to the hotel is spectacular – the entrance grand and the interior stunning. Staff go through the motions – they are polite but it’s impersonal with a clinical feel. It’s corporate with mainly business types. Strict dress code in the bars and restaurants and jeans and flip flops are fround upon.... more
