Stayed here with my newlywed wife on our "mini-moon" for 2 nights. We booked the hotel via priceline and paid under $100 USD per night. The loading-unloading zone area in front of the hotel was very hectic. Lots of cars were pulling in as well as taxis. My wife went to check in while I stayed in the car. Valet... more

This was one of the handful hotels that I liked pretty much everything as soon as I entered the room. The room was very nicely decorated and specious. The location couldn't be better, in the heart of downtown Toronto with a walking distance to most local attractions. Even the hotel bar was exceptional with a nice collection of European beers.... more

There always seemed to be people coming and going at this hotel and it's obviously popular with large tour groups and conferences. The airport bus stopped right outside and its location for some theatres and the Eaton Centre couldn't be better. Nice long hours for breakfast after a long flight but it was pricey. Good sized room but street noise... more

This hotel overall exceeded my expectations. Yes the hotel is very large and very busy with business clients but it works very well and staff more than friendly Check-in was smooth and request accepted for high floor with a view. Given floor 21. Room was very comfy with 2 lovely beds and chairs. Floor to celing windows made for lovely... more

I booked into the Sheraton as a surprise for my husband's birthday - we're from Toronto, but wanted an in-city vacation. We had never stayed at the hotel before, generally staying at the Westin Harbour Castle for our city "get aways." I'll start by saying that the staff, especially Rocco Caprarella, were wonderful. They were not just professional, but they... more

I'll try to be fair here since we did get an excellent rate for this hotel through Priceline ($70 per night). I do think it is rated too high. To call this hotel 4-stars along with the likes of the King Edward, Inter-Continental, Park Hyatt, Sutton Place, Royal York etc. does those other properties a disservice. It is more like... more

I wouldn't stay here if I had to pay full price. I've never used priceline before, which was great, but the hotel - not so much. For a newly renovated hotel, it was obvious that they did a shabby job. Old elevators, holes in my sheets, and a rather un-updated bathroom all made for just an OK stay at this... more

We stay here for our anniversary. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to theaters and shopping. It has been almost 25 years since we last stayed here and the faciility has been well maintained and while a little bland, is reasonably up to date. We had a problem on check-in, they had no record of my hotwire reservation. They... more

The bedroom was excellant, very clean, good size. However, the bed was too soft for my husband, when he told the receptionist all that was offered was to put something under the mattress not sure if this was done as there was no improvement. I did not appreciate when booking this hotel that there was nowhere to go for breakfast,... more

I was extremely disappointed. I stay at many hotels for work so I have a basis to compare and I expected much more from the Sheraton. Although the reception desk attendant was friendly and efficient, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The level of cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking - pubic hair in the bathtub and floor,... more
