Nice Hotel, good location. Staff was helpful and happy to help you. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Our room didn't have a good view but we paid a very cheap rate with entertainment card and therefore can't complain. No complaints! more

Arrived on Aug 31st and stayed for three nights. Room was ready when I got there. Front Desk staff was very friendly. Room was on the 6th floor and was very nice. King Size bed, small loveseat, desk and small bathroom with nice fluffy towels and great shower. Had breakfast in hotel restaurant. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly... more

Our room was small, hot, and smelled of urine (#502). There was even a air purifier in our room when we went in, the housekeeper followed us in and took it out. Desk clerk was rude and not much help.Due to a unremovable lock the only window would not open more then an inch. We had breakfast in the restaurant,... more

We stay for 3 nights on beginning of August. Good location, since it was easy to go to tourist attractions by bus and easy to find restaurants. Unfortunately the service was poor especially the house keeping, they cleaned the room even when we put "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door knob and they didnt do their job very well.... more

I booked two rooms for two nights at this place, as we were getting off a cruise ship and wanted to take in the sights before we went on home. Must say, they charge an arm and a leg, and don't provide much in return. On the plus side, the people were very helpful and nice. We arrived early and... more

Good, central location within walking distance of Robson Street, Vancouver Art Gallery, Canada Place etc. Comfortable, spacious room. Very strange bathroom arrangement which we didn't much like - the washbasin was in a separate alcove of the bedroom, with the toilet and bathtub (with good shower over) in an ensuite. Very, very comfortable bed - bliss. Helpful, friendly staff. The... more

We stayed here for 1 night during a Rocky Mountaineer Vacation. Nice, clean room (#714) with king size bed and complimentary slippers. Small bathroom. Lot of noise from the elevator and kids. Seedy looking street behind the hotel, but a selection of restaurants in the neighborhood on the front side. We had a delicious meal at the Kettle of Fish... more

This hotel was in an ideal location for seeing all the local attractions. Easy access to Sky-train, buses sea-taxis and walking to various destinations. The hotel rooms were large, with King size beds and the usual facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly, overall a very good Hotel. more
