Nice Hotel, good location. Staff was helpful and happy to help you. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Our room didn't have a good view but we paid a very cheap rate with entertainment card and therefore can't complain. No complaints! more

Our room was small, hot, and smelled of urine (#502). There was even a air purifier in our room when we went in, the housekeeper followed us in and took it out. staye dhere for one week in august hotel is at dodgy end of granville street and if walking to town should go down howe street it is a 10 15 minute walk.also dining options close to hotel are limited.that said for english guests the food is very reasonable and of good quality generally the staff are very friendly and helpful.the... more
We stay for 3 nights on beginning of August. Good location, since it was easy to go to tourist attractions by bus and easy to find restaurants. Unfortunately the service was poor especially the house keeping, they cleaned the room even when we put "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door knob and they didnt do their job very well.... more

Good, central location within walking distance of Robson Street, Vancouver Art Gallery, Canada Place etc. Comfortable, spacious room. We stayed here for 1 night during a Rocky Mountaineer Vacation. Nice, clean room (#714) with king size bed and complimentary slippers. Small bathroom. Lot of noise from the elevator and kids. This hotel was in an ideal location for seeing all the local attractions. Easy access to Sky-train, buses sea-taxis and walking to various destinations. The hotel rooms were large, with King size beds and the usual facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly, overall a very good Hotel. more
