Considering how many people make this voyage each hour, it's amazing how efficiently they process the passengers on the boats. Our look at the base of the thundering Horseshoe Falls was nice and lingering, not rushed and prefunctory. The passengers cheered with each passing wave of mist enveloping the boat! The maid of the mist was great. There was little to no line. You wait for elevator and to load on the boat. It was very fast considering we went in July. Be prepared to get wet. They give you the blue ponchos but if you don't have it tied tight you will get wet. But what do you expect... more

Just wait till you get into the falls and look up.......the sight will take your breath away. Great for everyone, even the kids will love the water splashing on them. more
