My experience was February 17th 2008 & we made prior arrangements with Sabastian Hernandez a professional guide to show us the sites for the day. In Jan. 2007, we went on a boat tour of the Tres Palos lagoon to birdwatch. To arrange the tour, we basically just hopped in a cab at our hotel and told the driver what we wanted.
